If someone had the time to do 2 a days (perhaps myself) What needs to be taken into consideration?? How much time would need to be between sessions?? Check it out...I train in the morning at a fitness studio...Right now I have only 1 or 2 clients a day and it's very early in the morning (6 this morning) then I'm done and I wait tables at night...My gym is also right across the street from where I work at night too. I'm thinking after my morning clients are done I can hit it, go home and go back to sleep....and before I go to work that night go to my gym and get in another session....I was thinking maybe....Upper in the morning and lower in the evening Mon, Wed, and Fri.
You guys give me the green light, and I'll begin writing the program tomorrow for next week....P-Funk, CowPimp...what else should I take into consideration before attempting 2 a days?? Do you think it would be worth it if I do have the time and resources??

If I do a day split I like to leave 8-10hrs between training sessions. But, when i did it it was weights (AM) and cardio (PM).
for spliting up total body you can do it as push and squatting movements (AM) and back and pulling movements (like deadlifts or leg curls) in the pm.
account for volume not only across the week but also between the training sessions and you should be okay. Keep the workouts short too. 30min of training, in and out should be okay. just a few exercises. maybe like:
So splitting it up in an attempt to increase volume would be a bad idea?? If that's the case I will go back to upper/lower splits 4 days a week. I really liked that program.
