Nice..Thats good they dont hurt your knees. They bother mine so I unfortunatly avoid them. But my friend was a wrestler and he said the tendon and muscles on the lower portion of your quad by your knee is where you want to work to improve the quality and strength of the knees. Looks good, I would go a little farther down and sit back more though. Try going slower to be more controlled.
