Your legs look strong and when you turned away from the weight rack, your arms looked like they are getting bigger, too!

You look wobbly, eat a big meal, sit around for a few hours, then go outside and get back under that bar. Tighten up your stomach and back and take control of that bar, pull it hard against your back and drop down to parallel, hold it for a few seconds and then come back up.

laugh my ass off to that! If you have bad knees be vey careful with the squats. maybe you should wear knee bandages for support. two tips, I would slow your reps down and focus on the muscles working rather than how many you do. and I would find a more reliable/lower bar rest or spotter.good job

Nice..Thats good they dont hurt your knees. They bother mine so I unfortunatly avoid them. But my friend was a wrestler and he said the tendon and muscles on the lower portion of your quad by your knee is where you want to work to improve the quality and strength of the knees. So I will really crack out the leg presses and leg extensions then try to squat down the road.

Yes i spent a lot of time doing dead lifts and SLDLs before i started squating to build up support. My knees hurt less now during day to day activity than before i started working them out.

Also I have bad arthritis in my wrist an its more or less gone since i started heavy benching

Looks good, I would go a little farther down and sit back more though. Try going slower to be more controlled.
