How many reps is ur favorite/best number of reps to do for muscle size in ur exercises?

it all depends, if my goal was size and strength ill stay with 6-8, if it was just size, i would do 10-12

the whole reason i posted this thread was to find out how many reps i should do for military pressing for best results in muscle size. I guess 10-16 is it by Invanry. Well 10, yea.

By then though, I was pretty fucking built with jerkoffs never believing that I wasnt juicing. Even juicers. I have never been greatly cut though.
