6-12
Well yea but like whats the best number of reps that fits u for best results?
it all depends, if my goal was size and strength ill stay with 6-8, if it was just size, i would do 10-12
alright i think 9s the number im looking for.

For the poster I saw 1-15 reps. Remember strength will build size and there are times where sets of 1 rep max helps obtain the above.
U know that is very much so what i would sayOriginally Posted by lnvanry
But i do favor 8 range for muscle cept on legs which id put at strictly 10 and of course like u had 12-20 is best for calves imo Oh and 6-8 for my chest
never go to failure cept maxes imo. lol shouldve just listened to fufu lolOriginally Posted by lnvanry
I agree with Foreman and others who say variation is important.

I dont understand the reason behind it, it kinda goes against common sense of "the harder you work, the better the results" maybe someone can educate me on this topic.? cowpimp, gorpo?

I go past failure quite often with partial reps/forced reps too. it works best for me.
