    Help please

Alright.. well i just started to work out.. and i am weaker than i thought i was .. all i have at my house since i dont have the money to go to a gym right now is dumbells and a bench and bar.. and i think i have a preacher bar... can anyone help me out with a workout plan that will work good?
i mainly wanna get stronger, but if i can tone out a little while im doing it, it would be nice since i have a little flub on me.
Obviously i know i need to change my dieting habits as well which im going to post a help section in the dieting part of these forums.

Also i bought some creastack.. which is a GNC product.. and i was wondering if i should use it... or wait till i get into the working out groove more, or if it's just a total waste.

I appreciate any help at all.

a barbell, bench and DBs is fine. A squat rack would be nice but you can certainly do other things for now (lunges, split squats, deadlifts, RDLs, step ups, DB front squats, clean and front squat, etc..).

The only thing that sucks is that your eventually going to out grow the weights because you will get stronger.

Your program can also include various odd lifts since you are around the house. Load up some buckets with cement and take them for a walk (farmers walks). Try and find other things to pick up and train with. You are only limited by your imagination. Also, check out the stickies for ideas on how to set up a routine.

Establish a good training routine and diet first, once this is achieved and maintained and you are comfortable with everything, add your creatine. If you are a first time user, expect results, but don't rush into it, let your muscles start adapting to working out first before adding supplements.

It's up to you, I would read the stickies at the top of this forum. I personally do 2 muscles a day with 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off rotation. And I like to alternate the days between upper and lower body. Good luck, and start growing. It took me roughly 6 weeks to start noticing a difference in myself, so if results don't come quickly at first don't give up man.

I think full body programs are the way to go for a beginner. 2-3 days each week will be fine. I wrote up a sticky on designing training programs with an example beginner full body program at the end and a sticky on designing full body program. Check 'em.
