I've come to the conclusion...

That there are so many different types of routines noone should ever limit themselves to trying to find "The Routine™"

I see so many big dudes in the gym and all of them are doing something different, most of them steroids, but that's not my point

I tried push/legs/pull and just couldn't get into it so I went back to doing Shoulders/abs, Back/biceps, Legs, Chest/Tris. I like this so much more. I see some guys doing a single body part a day. I see some guys never doing biceps and triceps and I see some guys doing them all the time. So I guess my point is to just do what works for you and as long as you are using proper form and your diet is ok you are going to see progress.

That is all.

Knowledge that you can apply yourself is better than being spoonfed what to do.

Mmm.

yea i agree............

i think it's better to listen to your body, and work off feedback that it gives you....than have people tell u this works that doesn't. From recovery, to reprange, to splits, and everything in between.......everyone's different, and nothing works for everyone.!!!!

There is tonnes of good info on here no doubt, just gotta fin what works for ureself.

I see your point, but from a health and longevity standpoint, certain exercise selections are wrong. You might get big, but when you fuck up your shoulder and have to get out of the game 20 years too soon, then you'll wish you paid more attention to the information out there regarding setting up sound programs.

Also, the split is a small part of it. Any split can work if you balance things out properly.
