a Quick 6 day workout question to build muscle quickly? please read!!

    My question is.....................

I just finished cutting, Abs are showing again, chest, shoulders, back and arms are kind of flat/deflated! lost fat in cheeks, very mildy sunken in a little bit, not bad, but a little sunken......
    anyhoo...........
I am leaving on vacation to Las Vegas in 6 days (next thurs june29th)! I dont want to go looking kind of flat like this! Is there a way to add weight and muscle quick in the short term while maintaining the leanness that I have. Just a quick 6 day blast for the short term!!

I was thinking of going to a straight 6 day workout (2 x a day) until I leave, eating alot more food but like I said working out 2x a day for the next 6 days only.... would this be ok just to blast a little size on b4 I leave....

any thoughts or suggestions, thank you

THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU CAN ADD WEIGHT OR MUSCLE IN 6 DAYS....NONE.

What I would do is some depletion workouts so that you get rid of glycogen and look nice and ripped for the biatches.

2x a day for 6 days? Overkill much?

Just be proud of the rippedness and workout as normal.

    I love threads like this.

Let's think about this. Ever noticed how many programs there are out there for adding X number of inches to your arms in 24 hours or some such nonsense? Ever notice how none of them are widely distributed and popular? That's because they all suck ass and fail.

I agree Im not looking for some magic potion to put on muscle and weight, its just I feel so flat and run down from cutting, also I hate the fact that when you cut body fat you look like a f'in skeleton in the face....... I just was wondering if there a was some quick fix to just look a little fuller in 6 days time...................................

the skeleton look means you either:

    a) dieted down improperly

    or

    b) you are in bad need of a carb up (that will fill you out)

All you need in Vegas are some good wing men and to dress like you have class and cash....just carb up 2 days before you go and your muscles will fill up from your cut.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

seriously. in vegas no one is looking at your abs. they are looking at your wallet. get in there like you are a high roller and you may be able to pick up some chicks. if not, there is always the bunny rach or one of the other brothels and if that doesn't work, some transexual with a cock and abs better then yours can probably service you for a small fee.

LOL, you guys are too f'in funny!!! I think Im in need of a carb up!!! and maybe some really heavy lifting the next few workouts.

I do like the dairy queen blizzard idea, maybe Ill just hit jamba juice a few times a day before I go!

One more thing on the serious side, I tried something different on this cut than I have done in the past....... In the past I have used white rice as my carb source for every meal and I cut up like a champ and my muscles always felt full and I had energy for days..... this time I used oatmeal in place of the rice, could there be a disparaging difference in how my body utilizes fast and slow carbs? could this be why I feel so flat?

I'm no expert in the dieting scene, but if someone were to do this, how would they go about doing it? Just curious because some people i've seen looked big and flat one day and a week later they were ripped (happened to be a pool party that day so that is the reason why)

Sounds like a job for Gregg Valentino.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

billy- the white rice may have helped to fill you out better because it was a faster digesting carb.

shiz- it is pretty simple. you just need to do higher reps (12-15) with moderate weight and low rest intervals. You just need to really burn up the glycogen. that is all. circuits, supersets, whatever, just expend energy. that will deplete you. then you can fill out and carb up.

P- so is it possible that oatmeal may be a bad choice for me due to the fact that my body doesnt respond good to slow burning carbs as effeciently as fast burning carbs.......... is that possible for someone to even be like that?

no, not at all. it got you to were you want to be. now, you want to eat the white rice or similiar fast burning carbs so that you can fill out and carb up. eat some sugar before you hit the beach. depelete yourself the night before in the gym, wake up, some fast carbs with a little protein and fat.....hit the beach....get laid.

I only switched to oatmeal because I thought it would be better 4 me, guess not!!! My avatar is how I looked when cutting on rice, Im filled out, solid! I feel so squishy from the oatmeal!!! Im never leaving my rice out again!!! LOL!!!!
