    Bulgarians, Split Squats..etc .. RI?

When doing exercises like Bulgarian Squats, Split Squats..etc with an RI of 60secs, do you do one leg immediately followed by the other? or take a break between legs?

I do one followed by the other. You could always cut your rest interval in half and do something like this:

    Right leg
    Rest 30secs
    Leg leg
    Rest 30secs

    Instead of...

    Right leg
    Left leg
    Rest 60secs

I've thought of doing something like that before, but I think I need that full minute after a hard set of Bulgarians.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Funny thing, that's what Mino confessed to Foreman last night "... I need that full minute after a hard set of Bulgarians."

These are after sets right? No RI after 1 rep right?

The way its worded, I am confused.

    Right Leg, first rep
    RI 30 sec
    Left Leg, first rep
    RI 30 sec
Right Leg, 2nd rep and so on....

    NO right?
