Rows..better using both arms or just one

    Rows..better using both arms or just one

    on some of the hammer strength rowing machines is it better to do one arm at a time or both? when i use one i seem to swing my torso a little bit..when i use both i am not able to swing my torso so i assume that using both would be better......

    I do one arm at a time on Hammer and db rows.....never liked training with both except I do like T-bar rows.

    You could just not swing your torso...

    I think alternating and maintaining a steady position is a good way to improve rotational stability. The difference in terms of hypertrophy is probably negligible.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
