    What drinks have a shit load of carbs in them?

    milk- it does not have a shitload of carbs, but It is great drink when bulking.

    Cytogainer is my weightgainer of choice, it mixes great....not too thick like the other heavy weightgainers...has 600 cals in 4 scoops...54gs of protein and 80g's of complex carbs....but they are maltodextrins (higher GI than sugar IIRC, that's what makes it great PWO) It also has 3 grams of creatine and 2 grams of glutamine in each serving. Good stuff. Mix it with 2 cups milk for almost 1000 cals a serving...

    I put dextrose in skim milk with whey. Gatorade powder is popular for this too.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
