    Overtrained with cardio

Man I did it...had slight chest pains this morning; during my leg workout yesterday I was freakin fatigued BIG TIME (specially towards the end)..whereas i'm usually vibrant and feeling great....Sunday 6/25/06 was supposed to be my off day..i ended up doing 45 min elliptical training and I paid for it..

I'm just really dedicated to shedding this last stubborn body fat around my stomach...I also read a thread on here where this guy did NO cardio yet lost like 30lbs of fat strictly on weight training alone. Possible for everyone?

Although I think that doing a little bit of cardio helps, diet is far more important. You should be able to lose fat on diet alone without any form of exercise at all, though I don't recommend it.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Ya I cleaned up the diet big time..just learned my lesson that rest REALLY is important. I just let myself go last fall/winter..by 12/05 I was a disgustingly fat 5'9 200 with a big belly and fat tits...and yah I'm flaming myself, i just gave up my diet/workout due to school and time constraints..

    just really dedicated here
