2 weeks after having a baby

    Hi Everyone...

It is 2 weeks today that I gave birth to a 10 pound baby girl . I am still a little sore. Sitting around is driving me crazy though. Do you think it's o.k. to at least start walking on the treadmill? This was my 2nd delivery with no complications. I am not new to exercise either, just needing some advice.

I agree with Foreman, when it comes to that you don't want to play around. Just call up your doc's office and speak to either him/her or his/her assistant. They'll tell you. - Good luck.

I think sometimes....about getting a mail order bride from like russia....a beast of a woman...making a baby in hopes that our combined superior genetics would give my baby boy the best possible chance at one day taking over the world....aaahhh....

Yeah, ask your doctor. Only he knows, or can examine, the status of your physical conidition intimately enough to make that judgement call.
