nice finish for abs and back

For those who train their abs and back same day,

This is what i did today and it was a great finish give it a shot if u r looking for some change:

Close hammer grip pullups 15 reps, stop at the top on the 15th rep and do 15 leg raises followed by 2 min. planks with no rest in between. 3 triple sets.

Next time i will add back extensions and try a 4 exercise circuit.

You could also try some L pullups, which is where you hold yourself in hanging leg raise position while you do pullups.

    Exclamation

Today i added the L Pullups and back extensions and crated a circuit like this:

15 reps close hammer grip pullups, stop at the top at 15th rep and do 15 leg raises, keep legs up at the 15th rep and do 10 L-Pullups, back extensions 15 reps and finish it with 1 min. planks with no rest in between. 3 circuits

    Followed by

25 pushups, 25 weighted decline crunches and 2 min. planks with no rest. 3 circuits

    Followed by

10 Renegade rows, full abdominal machine, 1 min planks no rest. 3 circuits

I have never had my pwo shake with such a joy and relief for a long time.

The purpose of me posting this = what do u guys think? Was it idiotic, unnecessary, could be more efficient some other way etc. ?????

That's heavy lifting 6 days a week. You shouldn't be pushing the limits of what your muscles can do in this session, which I guarantee you are when you are doing pullups unless you are above world class athletes or cheating tremendously. You're also lifting 4 days in a row prior to this, which isn't the best of ideas recovery-wise.
