What routine?

I'm trying to figure out what routine would best suit my time restraints. Due to my fluctuating work schedule, i dont have set workout days. One week in might be MWF, the next it might be MTF, etc. Also, i'm never able to workout on the weekends. So, with that in mind, i'm looking for help in developing a routine, with the goal being to put on mass. Thanks for any suggestions and help.

my concern with total body is, some weeks i might be working out 3 days in a row, or 3 out of 4. I was under the impression i would need more time to recover from a total body WO?

Just pick a split and cycle through in order, even if the days don't remain the same from week to week. Upper-lower or push-pull-legs would work well.

Either u-l, or p/p/l works fine for me when my work schedule gets busy or messed up.

I throw in some full body workouts when/if the gaps in the routines get too large.
