weakness on atg squats
for some reason ive got a weak spot, more towards the lower part of the movement. im very strong at conventional deadlifts, sumo deads, leg curls, and leg press so maybe my weakness is in the hips????? any articles that address this, maybe start doing hyperextensions or maybe some more ab work????

You could try some suspended squats, or pausing in the hole for a few seconds between the descent and ascent; these exercises will help you develop starting strength. Plyometrics and/or speed work might also be beneficial to improve the rate of force development and help you better take advantage of the stretch reflex. You might potentially benefit from isometrics at the joint angle where you are weakest as well.
