Great feeling.
Finally got to start do some heavy squatting after I sprained my ankle at the beginning of this month. Felt really good. Tried to stay on the lighter side of getting heavy. Ankle felt good. Gonna put in some SLDLs and lunges starting next week. Good to have some days off.
