Seems reasonable enough, though I don't see the need for quite so much tricep work.

3 sets of one exercise should do for tris. If you want 2 exercises go with 2 sets for each.
Read Stickies now.
Changes in bold. 6 sets of tri is plenty with all that chest work.Originally Posted by YSK
Looks good. If it were me I do 5 sets of bench instead of 3 (I can't even get up to good numbers on bench in 3 sets) and maybe skip the cables.
I like 8 sets for tris, I feel really good about 4 sets of CG + 4 sets of skulls or pushdowns.

uhh thats once a week on a 4 day split. I mix it up, like for instance i did my delts with my tris.
I usually take the weekend and the 5th cardio.
I usually go
Chest/Tri
Shoulders/Legs
Back/Biceps
Then on the 4th day i do go back to chest/tri. Or sometimes i do abs.
Its pretty rough i know, it'd be nice if someone could help tell me the many things wrong with what im doing. Most of this advice is from my soccer coach, hes also a personal trainer in progess.
