    Isometric Bulgarian Squat

How do you do this exercise. I know how to do a bulgarian squat, but how do you make it isometric? I'm supposed to do this exercise for 30-60 sec per leg.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Squat down and stay in the hole for 30-60 seconds.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

You might be looking forward to it now. You won't be after you finish your first set, heh.

To make it even harder, try having one of your legs up on a stability ball rather than a bench. It's incredibly difficult because you have to stabilize and focus on your balance twice as much.

if you want to make it even harder put your back leg on the exercise ball and your front leg on a balance board...i had to do these for hockey training and my legs have never been so sore

    good luck

If you want to make it EVEN HARDER start talking trash to biggest guy you can see. Once you are at the bottom of your squat tell him you did his mom, and she was awesome.
When he starts pounding on you you have to balance 5x as much. Ive never been so sore.
