Well if u hate running and dont think its doing shit for u theres the bowflex treadclimber which is a hybrid sort of machine combining a treadmill and a step climber so u would burn twice as much fat since u are doing 2 fat buring movements at the same time. I mean i would definately buy it if i had a bigger house and had alot of fat.

If u dont want to buy anything then try HOC cardio, it works. Its a combination of running/skipping rope and doing muscle training which is scientifically proven to burn much more fat than simple boring cardio. Boxers call it 'road work'. Read this http://bodybuilding.com/fun/mahler37.htm

Lifting weights would also be a good idea to maintain your lean mass while cutting the fat.

Don't neglect diet either. Diet is of utmost importance to body composition goals.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Incline Press
    Squat
    Bent Over Row
    Tricep Extension
    Crunches
    Plank

If you want to burn more fat and build lean muscle mass, up your reps and perform 12-15 per set for 2-3 sets of each exercise.

As or your cardio, you need to walk at a brisk enough pace that your heart rate becomes elevated.. at least 3.6 to 4.3 mph. And try doing 20 minutes two times a day. Once in the morning and once again later in the day or early evening, it just helps to maintain a steadier, elevated metabolic rate.

As far as your diet goes, try to cut out breads, pastas and cereals after 3 pm or after dinner at the latest. That includes Doritos!! That doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want before 3 pm either.. diet is probably the most important factor in weight loss, especially when trying to shed those last few stubborn pounds.

Have a look at my site. It has a full nutrition guide, all the programs you could need and alot of different exercises that you can mix into your current work-outs. You can even check out you BMI and calculate your body fat % to see where you are at.
