Full body routine
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I was wondering if someone could design a good full body routine that i could perform once a week. I've never tried to make one, and i checked out a few places but they kind of made it more confusing. Are there suppose to be a lot of compound exercises?

Check that thread out, theres a link to CP's article about full body routines in there. Or you could look for the topic in "training" section called "P-funk's training routine" or something. Thats a full body program he came up with that you can adapt for yourself. |

also, if u do cardio, and in cardio i mean basketball after a workout, does it nullify the workout?

Depends on how intense and long the cardio session is, itd be better to do them on separate days, just to be safe. If youre only gonna be doing dull body once or twice a week theres plenty of time for cardio twice a week aswell, still with sufficient rest days.
