I'm trying to decide between two routines (And for all I know, maybe they both suck)
Routine 1: (Full body)
Mon, Wed, and Fri:
Squat
Deadlift
DB Bench
Barbell Rows
Military Press
Shrugs
Weighted Crunches
Calf Raises
Sets 2, reps 8-10
Routine 2:
Mon/Thurs:
Squat
Deaflift
Weighted Crunches
Calf Raises
Tues/Fri:
DB Bench
Shrugs
Military Press
Barbell Rows
Sets 3, reps 8-10

I think both seem reasonable in terms of exercise selection. The only thing I might change is to replace the shrugs with some form of pullup/chinup on the full body option, or even keep the shrugs and add that in on the other option.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
