    B Est compound movemnets

    all i know is bench, squat, and deads. What else are good?

    Overhead pressing, bent rows, chinups/pullups, front squats, stepups, lunges, split squats, bulgarian squats, romanian deadlifts, pulldowns, seated cable rows, dips, etc.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    to some extent, but alot of stabilizers are used so it's more compound...

    Agreed! My forearms are about the same size as ronnie's right now because of them and my deadlift rises an average 50lbs every 2 weeks ever since I started doing them.!!!
