    With proper training, and moderate diet

    If i train hard and exercise hard, even with a subpar diet, is it reasonable to lose about 10 pounds from now until the end of august?

    Height: 5 10 and then some

    Sure it's possible, but why not perfect your diet and make things even easier on yourself?

    Yeah, it's possible, but you will increase your odds by eating properly.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
