I'm pretty sure I get DOMS in different parts of my chest. Is this possible? I know a muscle contracts and develops as a whole, but I also know that different exercises can place more stress in certain parts of a muscle.
When I get DOMS in my chest from bench press I can feel it throughout my whole chest, especially when I flex it in a cable crossover-like fashion. Yesterday I did weighted chinups and I feel DOMS in the outer part of my chest when I flex it in an arms-down chest pose.
