    Odd gym time schedule

I weight train with the football team and we used to train monday, wednesday and friday, but now we are lifting monday, wednesday, and thursday. Should I just lift on thursday like I would otherwise do on friday or is there anything I should change?

Monday: incline presses, military presses, rowers, dumbell shrugs, adbominals

Wednesday: lateral pulldowns, preacher curls, squats, deadlifts

Thursday: bench presses, military presses, rowers, dumbell shrugs, abdominals

That would work, but might I ask why you aren't training your legs?

cowpimp: squats... deadlifts... they are leg exercises...

Thanks for the suggestion, Foreman. Would it be a good idea to add cleans in on thursday?

I don't see squats or deadlifts here, only in Foreman's suggestion...

I don't do cleans so I can't comment on them...P-funk, Dale or Cowpimp would know much more about that exercise.

CowPimp: Look on the wednesday line, the last two on there are squats and deadlifts.

You're right. I just didn't think to look after preacher curls for either of those. Do them first...
