boxing gym
I am thinking about joining a boxing gym for one month; are they like regular gyms that just provide the equipment, or does someone actually give you instruction? do you have to bring your own gloves? anything else i should know?

That's a pretty good website, thanks. Seems like the closest one to me is in Toms River, NJ.
