Ok cool, thanks.
On average how long does it usually take to do a cut cycle???
See my biggest worriment is that by the time I reach my goal, I'll be an old fart. I want to be young and be big, not be 40 something then reach my goal. See my goal is to quickly get rid of the rest of this fat on my body then get right back on a bulking cycle. I'm 175 now, I would love to add about 60-75lbs of muscle. I seriously want to get very big.
Depends how much fat you want to lose. 1% of your bodyweight each week is a reasonable goal. So, if you're 200 pounds and want to get to 180, then 10 weeks is a reasonable timeframe to get there (Assuming you do everything right.Originally Posted by Shobe
I won't lie, 60-75 pounds of muscle is going to take a long time to achieve, especially if you want to keep lean doing it. That means you will probably have to cycle between cutting and bulking countless times over the next several years.

Well I"m 175 now, but I don't know what my bf% is.
Considering I"m only 23, I"d say by the time I"m 30 I could be pretty close to my goal of 60-75lbs of muscle. Well see, I don't have to or want to be shredded. I just want to be able to almost see my abs and get rid of this fat on my sides & chest. Once that happens I don't care how lean I stay when I bulk. Cause like I said before, I have never been slim my whole life, so I really dont' know any different. And I plan on doing a very clean bulk. I"m not going to be eating ice cream, cake, etc. I dont' cheat now on my cut, so I won't be missing that stuff on a bulk cycle either.
How much muscle can you add in one year???

if you are new to bb so you could add a good mass, the amount that will make you satisfied with your shape....assuming you'll train well and have a good plan...
