Going Overseas - Ideas to keep active? Help
Im going to Indonesia on the 28th for 9 days. I wont be able to train. Should I try body work or give it all a rest. I haven't had a break for longer than 6 days in a couple of months.

Yeah, you could just take the break. 9 days is nothing. If you get really antsy then just do a bodyweight workout in there somewhere with pushups, pullups, body rows, body squats, turkish getups with something, etc.
