    dip elevation

Would doing tricep dips on a low elevation/closer to the ground be more intense than doing then on a high elevation?

Do you mean at sea level opposed to 10,000 feet? I'm confused.

You mean if the dip bars were angled towards the ground versus angled up? Haven't seen that.

Most dips are parallel to the ground and are either straight or angled out. You can lean forward and change the emphasis. Similar to "Gironda Dips"

No by low elevation i mean like doing it on 2 chairs and high elevation as in doing it on a high dip bar (whatever u call it). I'm talking about the height of the thing ur doing ot on not the angle or anything.

Oh my god please just answer my question. Which would be more intense doing dips where the handle bars/base are low (closer to the ground) or doing them where the handle bars/base are high (higher from the ground as in more height). This has nothing to do with angles or the way ur doing them, just the position. Its just doing this (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/ASTriDip.html) exept ur setting the station higher or lower.

Doing tricep dips on 2 chairs is lower (closer to the ground) than doing them on 2 monkey bars on a kids jungle gym, right?? theres an example of what im talking about. Now which is more intense, doing them on a lower or higher place?

well it doesnt matter if you do it 30 feet in the air or 5 i mean as long as you have enough room under you to get low into the dip so you can hit your chest as well as triceps.

i think thats what you are asking. just ensure you have enough space to get deep into the exercise

you have asked the most ignorant fucking questions i have ever seen in my life. you focus too much on the fucking details!! It doesn't make a difference, not in the short run and DEFINATELY not in the long run.
