    Cals burned

I'm trying to figure out how many calories i burn/week. Lets say i do 3 full body workouts a week, 2 sprint sessions a week (3x30m, 1x60m), and train BJJ 5-6 days per week. BJJ we do light cardio, some bodyweight stuff, alot of stretching, technique work and then sparring. I'd say i spar about 3-4hrs/week. My job isnt very physical, i wait tables and occasionaly bartend.

im thinking I burn about 300 cals per full body workout, except my friday total body day which is more conditioning oriented... i'd say about 500 is burned. so that is 1100 from weightlifting. I am unsure of the sprinting and sparring, sparring i guess you could use wrestling as something to compare it to.

    thanks

Do you really think someone can answer this. If you want everyone guessing cool. Not sure that's going to get you anywhere.

Yeah, pretty damned hard to answer that. Honestly, I can't even give you a good estimate.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
