Hi, I'm Decosta, new to this site and have been doing weigtlifting for a grand total of 3 weeks.. My first goal is to lose the fat.So for that I'm doing weights with one or two days of cardio(rowing machine and running up and down the steep stairs).
Anyway, just wanted to say Hi and hopefully I'll learn alot while I'm here.
