Need Help On Lifting Routine

I am 16 years old weigh 145 and im 5"11 my goal is to get to 165 then to 175. I just got a huge lifting machine put in my backyard and and im ready to get big. I need help because i dont have a lifting routine and and have a couple questions.IS it better to lift 4-5 days a week or 3-4. For rep range on lifting is it better to do less reps or more for building muscle. How many calories should i get in me a day. Thanks in advance.

Working out 3 days a week on a push/pull/legs program or full body is a good place to start. Read the stickies at the top of the training page.
Read the stickies in the diet section too to figure out how much and what types of foods and how often you need to be eating.
What type of machine are you using? Do you have access to freeweights? Take a picture of the machine, if you can, so the mods can see what you will be using.

Oh just what we need 10 yr olds running around and bumping into some guy squatting. That would go over real good. Probably wouldn't reach age 11.

For the poster, you didn't give us anything to go on. what the heck is a hugh lifting machine. Do you own any free weights. Get with the program and explain what all you have.
