Need Help On Lifting Routine
I am 16 years old weigh 145 and im 5"11 my goal is to get to 165 then to 175. I just got a huge lifting machine put in my backyard and and im ready to get big. I need help because i dont have a lifting routine and and have a couple questions.IS it better to lift 4-5 days a week or 3-4. For rep range on lifting is it better to do less reps or more for building muscle. How many calories should i get in me a day. Thanks in advance.

Working out 3 days a week on a push/pull/legs program or full body is a good place to start. Read the stickies at the top of the training page.
Read the stickies in the diet section too to figure out how much and what types of foods and how often you need to be eating. What type of machine are you using? Do you have access to freeweights? Take a picture of the machine, if you can, so the mods can see what you will be using. |
