    Sick with cold...still to train?

    Guys, I haven't been sick in a LOOOONG time and I recently got a slight cold (very runny nose, slight fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, supressed appetite, infrequent coughing)

    I haven't been to the gym in 3 days and its gut-wrenching. My diet certainly has remained clean, hell due to my appetite being cut I"m not eating as much and I get full quick for some reason.

    Should I still be hitting the gym? My fatigue isn't debilitating, but its noticeable and my energy level is lower than usual. Plus the runny nose is freakin' bothersome. anyone?

    stay out for a few days.
    Lifting will tax your system, slowing your recovery rate...as well as good gym 'etiquette'. If u are sick, others dont want u there giving them your cold.

    Fuck that man you should train even if you are in a coma but sometimes my hair is not fine so I dont train anything.
