Guys, I haven't been sick in a LOOOONG time and I recently got a slight cold (very runny nose, slight fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, supressed appetite, infrequent coughing)
I haven't been to the gym in 3 days and its gut-wrenching. My diet certainly has remained clean, hell due to my appetite being cut I"m not eating as much and I get full quick for some reason.
Should I still be hitting the gym? My fatigue isn't debilitating, but its noticeable and my energy level is lower than usual. Plus the runny nose is freakin' bothersome. anyone?
