    Anything i could do out of town to train?

    hey everyone this is Tyler again one of the boards favorite posters. Im going to go to Colorado for a wekk or so and wonder if i could get any excersises in without going to the gym. As i will be up in the mountains and wont have acess to any equipment. Any suggestions can be thrown my way thanks a bunch guys.

    I say take a week off and enjoy yourself, but if you must do something then do bodyweight exercises, chop trees, push your car, etc.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    I agree with CP about taking the week off...clear your mind and rest your body. If you don't want to take a week off, you can do bench dips (with a couple of chairs), push-ups (regular & decline), BW squats, BW lunges, crunches, supermans, airplanes.

    King squats (one-legged squats) if you're nimble.
    Resistance bands fold up really nice and can be taken anywhere. With those you can put together a pretty decent routine.

    Thanks guys leave in the morning will prolly just stick to some dips and pushups. Also keep up the carido while i can run alot of trails. Later.
