trains for size for one muscle group (upper body) and for power lifting other muscle group (lower body)
or weirdos who train left arm for power and right arm for size ?

If you're training a particular muscle group for strength, and eating enough food to make another muscle group grow, I don't see why the former muscle group wouldn't grow.
