    quick question about adaptation

    say for example i have a 1 week program which i do from week

    how many weeks do u think it would be before my body adapts to the program?

    and what do u think would be the optimum amount of weeks before i should shake up the routine ?

    what do u think is an average to shake things up gopro changed weekly on his routine and max ot changes every 4 weeks ?

    GoPro's approach seems to be to keep changing the program so adaptation never actually occurs. Others may change only after the body has begun to adapt. Others may change only after the body has slowed down significantly in gains. There are an unlimited number of ways to go about it. Pick one and good luck.

    Hard to say exactly. I change up volume and intensity very frequently, from workout to workout oftentimes. Exercise selection is something I don't change as frequently though.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
