i like doing them weighted ...i like it in the 5-6rep range, but thats just me....btw after dips do any of you guys get a pinching in your triceps?
when ur doing weighted dips, what is the rep range u shud try to hit? Is it like any other of the usual 8-10 reps or do the reps near the 20 range?

Weighted Dips should be used like any other exercise. Meaning that use the reps the meet your goals. So ya in general use 8-12 if muscle mass are your goals. 20 reps as a shock or for muscle endurance if those are your goals.Originally Posted by YSK

I would only go above 12 or until failure for variation, endurance, shits & giggles.
