It could be fine. Too many unknown variables for anybody to say for sure though.

    Push
    Legs
    Off
    Pull
    Off
    Repeat
That is the best split for push/pull/legs IMO. 4 days of rest for the muscle groups is plenty, and I think if you only do push/pull/legs once a week you are training to infrequent, and could be making more gains by being more frequent.

Yeah definitely, depending on how much you are doing each day, adjust your volume accordingly.

I am doing this until I switch over to a full body routine in August:
    Push
    Pull
    Legs
    off
    Push
    Pull
    off
    off

Hell you could do push/legs/pull 7 days a week if you adjusted the volume accordingly! But why not just stick with mon/wed/fri/weekend off? Leave your weekends free for other stuff

Do what ever makes you grow. If thats training 2 times a week go for it. If everyday go for.

Don't over think this. If it's working, continue until it doesn't. When it stops, 90% of the time all it takes is a change in rotation to keep progressing. Kenwood your young and fairly new to bodybuilding and just about anything will work. Trust that last statement.

I didn't start lifting until I was 28 yrs old. I ate so much, that if I mowed my lawn, I added size and strength.

Tip 1......You eat all the protein you can get you hands on and i guarantee size and strength will follow. I ate 10,000 cal's a day. 4-5 lbs of some type of beef, chicken ect plus as many eggs as I could chike down. 36 a day. Now most wouldn't want to do what I did. That's go from 194 to 340 lbs. Took 7 yrs. but I was scary looking. All I can say

Caution: When you get to Cowpimps age is when it slows way down.

My little lad. Workout 3-4 days a week. The body doesn't know what fucking day it is. Just make sure you have recovery days between some of your workouts. Sun, Tues, Thurs is fine. Sun, mon wed and fri is fine. Just make sure there is no carry over between Sun and Mon. In other words, chest and tri's Sun and quads Mon. But I wouldn't have push on Sun and Mon. Chest Sun and Military presses on Mon. That would be two push days back to abck. Your young and recovery is better at your age then at 24, 34, 44, 54 ect.

I told you earlier not to over think this. Man get a girlfriend and take that new strength of yours and fuck the shit out of her. Do that and You'll forget about over thinking this crap. Now there's some good advice...Do You agree Lad?

Get up in the morning and have you some potaoes in pam with 4 whole eggs and 6oz of some type of beef, white pork, tuna or boneless breast chicken. Then go out about 90-120 min's later and kick ass. Tip 2 from Tough

yea I was doing the same thing, but my split was:
    push
    off
    pull
    off
    repeat
that is the best way to do it, just on push day add in 4-5 sets of ATG Squats, and on Pull day add in 4-5 sets of RDL's

I used to regularly workout on Sundays, but now I don't. I might do a little bit of cardio, but I only lift MWF because I'm doing a 3 day split. You can lift on Sunday if you want though, why not?
