I don't know how well your warming up the tri's, but they need to be warmed up. This is why I built a see saw dip machine. This way before i go over and do weighted dips, i can do dips on the machine with light weight to really warm up the elbows and shoulders. Dips can play havoc on the shoulders also.

Get you a coulpe of elbow or knee supports if you have lg arms at walmart and try using them when working the tri's. They help me a lot.

well buddy you have to warm them pippies up or your looking at tendon problems. That is usually the biggest problem peeps have with the elbows. warm them up real good doing pressdowns. Once there warm, hit the weighted dips for those tri's.

I still say doing an exercise that hurts is stupid.

I'd take a week off. GO RUN! Resting is good every now and then anyway...

So maybe you should stop lifting heavy? Heh.

Anyway, we're talking about a 16 year old, or whatever he is, here. He shouldn't be doing something that hurts if there are plenty of alternatives out there.
