    please help

    Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Well i have a new routine, it so happens that every 6months i stop working out for 6months lol. Right now i'm the biggest I've ever been. I've even done a cycle (stoopidity) right when I hit 21 thinking 21 was the magic card but NO it was NOT. I'm bigger now, natural training and good food then when i wuz on the juice. (juice is great, if used right and at the right time of your life IMHO). So, things going great now, but I think my bodies adjusting to my work out over the past 2months. So i'll give ya'll a lay out of my new split. Keep in mind my delts are lagging so i devote a day to delts only.

    monday: chest/tris/shoulders
    Flat DB press (4sets)
    Inclinde bench (3sets)
    Close grip smith press (4-5sets)
some sort of tricep extension (3sets)
    DB military press (4sets)
    side lateral raises (3sets)
    shoulder shrugs (3sets)

    tuesday off

    wednedsay back/bis
    widegrip pulldowns (5sets)
    barbell rows (4sets)
    close grip rows/pull downs (3sets)
cable curls (3sets) or widegrip bb curl
    db curs (3sets)
maybe hammer curls depending on energy

    Thursday shoulders:
    clean&press 5sets
    db military press 3sets
    various raises

    Friday: legs
    Squats (5sets)
    leg press (4sets)
    dead lifts (3sets)

Should I add dead lifts to back, and leave it out of leg?

    Any suggestions would be great.

Sorry bro but I don't like the workout. Why is it you have shoulders twice a week and everything else once.

Also that's a lot of volume on day one with approx 25 sets.

If you want to go at it 4 x a week, how about something like the below.

    Mon: Chest / Biceps

    Tues: Legs

Thurs: Back Width / Back thickness

    Fri: Shoulders / Triceps

Thanks for the promp reply old man...

I like what you have put out definatly. But reason for 2 shoulder days is that my shoulders are lagging badly behind..like my arm looks like a wierd blob.

I'm gonna do what you have listed...but would it be ok 2 throw in military press for shoulders on mondays?

Keep deadlifts on leg day and add in another ham dominant to leg day

You are training shoulders 3 times a week ,and everything else once, I know they are lagging but still, If you think they are lagging just put military presses before the benching on day1, and you should be fine.

Maybe they are, but more is not always better. I'm sure you have heard of this. You keep doing overhead pressing once a week and hit it hard and they will catch up. Or is that Ketchup.......

i have one question, Can i do sldl on leg days, and regular deads on back day?

Also for back with max-ot is

    Widegrip pulldowns/up 3sets 4-6reps
    bbrow 3sets 4-6
    dead liefs 3sets 4-6

    is that good enough?

For once a week I would do: push/off/pull/off/legs/off/off

    For 2x a week I would do: Upper/lower/off/off/upper/lower/off
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!
