    Favorite: Any puush exercise for the upper body and core work

    favorite. well my favorite exercises: bench,pullups/chinups, rack deads, squats,dips(mostly all compound movements)

    least favorite exercises: any muscle isolation movements really haha they just seem to waste my time lol. but i do a couple atleast 1x a month

    favorite muscles to train: chest,back,legs, triceps, and biceps

    least fav. : shoulders,traps, forearms, and abs

    Myself..I love all of it...among my favorite exercises are deadlifts (it's my best lift, and I love the feeling of picking up REALLY heavy shit) and push presses.

    yeah, i dont mind doing deadlifts but i hate squats but they have to be done!

    Favorite: Posterior chain. I love deadlift and good morning variations.

    Least: Arms. Arm work is fucking boring. I'm doing a little now for the first time in about a year, and it's ghey.

    Favorite- Hamstrings, quads and the entire back
    Least favorite- Shoulders, chest, and calves (the first two because my shoulders are giving me a lot of problems lately, so I have to baby them and calves because they are my worst body part.

    Favourite - Nothing compared to getting under the bar for some squats in a power rack for me.

    Least - Well, i like to train it all, but probably abs because they seem so inferior to all the other muscles.

    favs are legs and traps.. last time I did legs I had like a natural high for the rest of the day..need I say more?

    traps because they bulge out after your workout

    least favorite is trying to keep my motivation consistant..oh yeah and abs

    I hate leg press so I don't do it anymore. I also hate abs and cardio.

    I love decline bench, single arm shoulder press, cable crossovers.

    I would say that my favorite body parts to train are my biceps and calves. Shoulders too. I enjoy shoulder work as you can see the results almost immediately.
    I hate leg day, but i do it. Bad knees make it tough to get excited about training legs.
