In my previous posts what I was trying to say is train movements not bodyparts. Because it makes zero sense to train body parts.

If what you meant was bicep/tricep isolation exercises (wich you did not say in your post), I would say zero.

you should not have any elbow isolation (extension or flexion)
Just ask your self this, why should I waste time/energy on curls or extensions when I can add in another rowing exercise or pull-ups/pulldowns? this way I will work the biceps just as much as curls, but will also be using every other pulling muscle that I am training today anyway.

Yes CG Chins will work your bis more than wide grip pull-ups(but take away from your rear delts and lats wich is wayyy bigger than your bis), and CG Bench will work your tris more than Flat Bench(but will take away from your front delts and chest wich is bigger than your tris), so if you think your arms are lagging add in CG chins and dips.

Sorry for the bad language in previous posts, I was being an ass.

when someone gives an opinion on here, I think it should be worded as an opinion so people dont end up thinking it's concrete. After tonnes of reading this last week, i found that many training ideas/theories have different schools of thought and not as concrete as i thought. imo, training is very subjective.
