BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com i'm looking for something simple i can do 3-4x's a week. maybe fullbody or something. my goals are mainly strength, i'm just lookin for somethin simple i can do 3-4x's a week and not over 15-16 sets in each :P and mostly compound exercises. must include Pullups/chinups, dips, benchpress, incline press, bentover rows, military press, deadlifts,and squats all them mainly haha
...can anyone suggest anything? |

I think you should go with total body push/total body pull split, you will really like it ang get to train frequently- something like this-
Total Body Push 3x5 90sec RI ATG Squats Flat Bench Incline Bench Military Press Dips Total Body Pull 3x5 90sec RI SLDL BB Bent-Over Row DB ROw Wide Pull-ups Close Chins DAy 1- Pull Day 2- Off Day 3- Push Day 4- Off Repeat |

![]() Mike- if i do all the stuff in my paragraph, should i do it 3 or 4x's a week? lol i think i should do it 3x's a week lol mon,wed,fri so the workout would basically look like this?3x5-8reps mon: benchpress incline press squats deadlifts wg pullups chinups dips militarypress bentover rows but wouldnt that be too much lol plus doing it 3x's a week? |
