    hammer machine press

    anyone know what this is or could describe it to me

    A good alternative is the freeweight barbell or dumbbell bench press.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    I don't know how you're going to do that with a barbell. You could do it with a double cable stack if you really wanted to though.
