Strength Training every 2 weeks

Would it be alright strength training (exercises with 3-5 reps) every 2 weeks so i can focus more on building size and mass for the summer, instead of every week like in a regular routine/workout plan. I wont really lose any strength though will I?

why dont you just do a normal routine? your goals are building size? work on your diet(clean bulk).

I know your goals are strength and size so just do 5-8 reps for all compund exercises, and drop you leg extensions/curls for ATG Squats, and SLDL

my workout is really working for me so i dont want anyone telling me to change anything. If i wanted that i wouldve posted my routine so people could comment on it. But thats not my question. My question was if strength training every 2 weeks would be ok since i need to focus on building as much muscle this summer as possible without actually losing strength. Can someone else answer please.

You won't lose strength while training for hypertrophy. You should be getting stronger...

why not divide up the week between strength work and hypertrophy work?

upper strength
lower strength
upper reps
lower reps

or, incorporate both low rep strength work and higher rep metabolic/mechanical work into the same session.

Because me and my family are going to mineapolis and im not gonna be working out for a week (and i dont want to do any bodyweight exercises and besides, a week of rest might be good for me) and i had a goal to build as much muscle as possible (yes i know i have a really good diet too) so a week off knocks out a few workout days so i have to try my best to replace them and focus less on strength.

just take the week off. it will probably be the best thing for you anyway. stressing about things like this are more catabolic then just doing nothing at all.
