So i have been doing a split routine forever now, but now its getting boring and i think my body is no longer responding as well to the split as it used to. So i have decided to do this. one week, a full body 3 X a week, with cardio on the off days, then a split the next week, then back to the full body, and this will alternate. think its a good idea or shud i scrap it?
