Oh, I hear that. I've never planned too be a bodybuilder, or a powerlifter. I've always lifted just so I could be better at football. I hope to grow the other 2-3 inches I need ( In the next 2 years ) that I need to compete at the next level. No one had respect for me until the past couple of years when they could see the hours and sweat I put in. I almost never listen to "routines" that people post. I've lifted long enough to know what's good for me, and what my body needs to get stronger and bigger. I can't wait to put the 80+ lbs ( on my bench ) and 100+ lbs ( on my squat ) that I've gained since last season to use. I've always been able to handle myself on the football field, and use my weight and agression to my advantage, but it'll be nice too put that hard work into play.Originally Posted by ForemanRules
