Muscle memory is amazing isn't it? Not to mention you have the oppertunity to have a great diet among other things. I'm glad I'm finally getting to a point where hormones and raised test levels ( due to age ) are going to help me out.
Weight lifting is simple....many will give you big words and elaborate plans, and they are all full of shit and small. I might not be able to help you but I can tell you what I did wrong.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Oh, I hear that. I've never planned too be a bodybuilder, or a powerlifter. I've always lifted just so I could be better at football. I hope to grow the other 2-3 inches I need ( In the next 2 years ) that I need to compete at the next level. No one had respect for me until the past couple of years when they could see the hours and sweat I put in. I almost never listen to "routines" that people post. I've lifted long enough to know what's good for me, and what my body needs to get stronger and bigger. I can't wait to put the 80+ lbs ( on my bench ) and 100+ lbs ( on my squat ) that I've gained since last season to use. I've always been able to handle myself on the football field, and use my weight and agression to my advantage, but it'll be nice too put that hard work into play.

This summer I finally squatted 10 plates for a set of 3. I had never even dared to touch 10 plates before, and I easily squeezed out 3.

Pec tears are far mor common among steroids users than natural trainees.

For me, it has to be the fact that I'm finally training again...
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...
