If nothing else....amazing tendon strength. Think you're strong? Try to do a planche... I can barely do a "frog stand"

The only thing remotely close to any of that that I can do is go from a crossed leg sitting position to a handstand, and I fall shortly after. Those guys are unbelieveable.

Well they're just little kids and they're bodies are light and flexible so they can do pretty much anything. Im pretty sure the exercise on the first link are called flag bends. The closest exercise to that would have to be the dragon flag if any of you have heard of it.

Dang cowpimp thats would probably have to be the first time i saw u curse.

I like the handstand hops from one hand to the other and the rope thing. The flag thing was pretty crazy, I mean to hold that in a static position is one thing but to do a side pushup as well, insane. I'm getting sick of these videos, they make me feel so weak. Just when you think you are pretty adept at bodyweight stuff and then these jokers come along...

Who cares about what a 145lb gymnast can do. Give any guy here 2+ years of gymnast training and lose all your leg muscle mass and any of us could do that.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

With the exception of everyone who has lousy joints.
But yea, most of those guys have skinny ass legs.
The first guy probably weighed about 170-180 from my guess though.
