    Best split for me ?

ok i have been doing monday too friday different bodypart everyday for a little while now taking every weekend off and taking a week off in every six.Its time for a change i think and have been thinking about a three day split through the week, tuesday, thursday, saturday on, rest of the week off.
The question was i need too build my legs up more than any other bodypart so what do you think the best split would be for me, can i throw in legs twice a week??

i was just worried that if i did total body three a week my legs would still be lagging behind, my main problem is that all the time that i have been training i have had lower back problems and have stayed away from squats/deadlifts.My back is a lot better now through a course of pysio and as long as i stretch and warm up properly i have no worries.I have been doing some light squatting and working hard on my core muscles as this is my weak area, with this three day split can i maybe chuck in more core muscles, lower back and legs and maybe do less of the rest of the body.
    Any ideas......p-funk....or anyone else..

I would also give total body workouts a shot. Be prepared though, you will have to train through soreness.
