Honestly, It's one of the best things you (anyone) can do for their health. The bonus is a guy your size will likely lose 10-15 pounds of fecal matter!
No joke. I don't know why more people don't do it. Well, okay I do, they are afraid of someone sticking a tube up their butt! But it's painless and you will feel like a million bucks.

Aren't there pills that kind of do the same thing?? At Trader Joe's I saw these colon pills.

There are a lot of ways to go about cleaning your colon. I'm not expert on the subject I have just done a bit of research and I know what works for me.The thing about colonics that is good is that it sucks out a lot of crap that is packed in there up high in your colon. The pills may work to get rid of a lot of what is easy to get out but it's the stuff that binds to the colon walls that is hard to elliminate. Doing enemas with/ cleanses/ and fasts might be all you need. I'm sure Jodi know's more than me so I'll let her or someone else more qualified answer your question in more detail. The thing that is important is to strengthen the muscles of your colon. When you do enemas you learn how to constrict and tighten your colon, holding the water inside you for 45min or more. A strong, clean colon is important for a persons overall health.
