Increase weight? I'm not sure what you mean? How do you go up in weight in any lift? You get stronger gradually.

If you feel like that movement is lacking put it earlier in the session on the days you do it.

Just keep plugging away, train hard and eat right and gradually push up the weight.

I prefer seated dumbell presses over military presses personally.

You may wish to vary your exercises for shoulders if possible. Especially if you feel like you just want to "get the exercise over with".

Military presses alone for shoulders are not enough IMO. Maybe you also need to strengthen your rear delts to balance.

personally, I'd stay at that weight until I could 3 sets of 15, then increase 5 - 10 pounds...
    but, that's just me

the 125 for 10 was probably a freak day. i've had a few of those, i go back and try to do it again and it simply doesnt work.

Id just steadily increase it by a few pounds every week.

yeah, we've all had the 'freak days'... a 30 lb drop still seems a bit excessive to me

He did drop a few reps too though. 10 to 6-8.

Still, theres no reason why he cant reach his goal of 135 in a few months if he works at it.

That happens to me sometimes, if I don't rest long enough between sets. Maybe you were not fully recovered from your previous set
